Summary
This study is for women 45 and older with early-stage breast cancer or DCIS who have had a lumpectomy. It tests whether a very short course of targeted radiation (over a few days instead of weeks) is safe and works as well as standard treatment. The main goal is to see if this approach causes few or mild side effects. About 280 women will take part.
