Summary

This study is testing whether men with a specific type of advanced prostate cancer can safely stop taking two powerful cancer drugs after 12 months, instead of taking them continuously. Researchers want to see if taking a break from these drugs is just as effective at controlling the cancer while reducing long-term side effects. If the cancer starts to grow again, patients can restart the medication.
