Could 12 months of hormone therapy be enough for some prostate cancers?

Summary
This study looks at whether men with low-volume, hormone-sensitive prostate cancer that has spread can safely stop a specific hormone therapy after 12 months instead of taking it indefinitely. About 400 men will be randomly assigned to either continue the therapy or stop it, with the option to restart if their PSA levels rise. The goal is to see if the shorter treatment works just as well while reducing side effects and costs.
