Summary
This study is testing if a shorter, 12-month course of powerful prostate cancer drugs works as well as taking them continuously. It's for men whose cancer has spread but is considered 'low-volume.' The goal is to see if stopping the drugs after a year, and restarting only if needed, can control the cancer just as effectively while reducing long-term side effects and costs.
