Summary

This early-stage study tests whether injecting adalimumab (Humira) into the eye during Boston Keratoprosthesis surgery is safe. Eight adults with severe corneal damage who need this special artificial cornea will be enrolled. The main goal is to watch for side effects like infection, bleeding, or inflammation.
