Summary
This study compares a shorter course of the drug tislelizumab (given with chemotherapy and radiation) to a longer course in people with advanced nasopharyngeal cancer. The goal is to see if the shorter treatment works just as well at preventing the cancer from coming back or spreading. About 418 adults aged 18 to 65 with specific stages of the disease will take part.
