Laser beats shockwaves for neck pain relief in new study

Summary
This study tested two non-invasive treatments for neck muscle pain in 50 adults. One group received shockwave therapy, the other low-level laser therapy. After three weeks, laser therapy reduced pain more and improved neck movement better than shockwave therapy.
