Shockwaves to save limbs: new hope for preventing amputations

Summary
This study is observing how well a shockwave device works to break up hardened blockages in leg arteries for people with severe circulation problems that threaten limb loss. It will follow 400 patients to see if the treatment helps foot wounds heal and prevents the need for amputation. The goal is to collect real-world data on whether this procedure improves blood flow, safety, and patients' quality of life.
