Summary
This study tested if a treatment called extracorporeal shockwave therapy can reduce itching in people with neurodermatitis, a chronic skin condition. 34 adults aged 55 to 75 took part. Researchers measured itching before and after treatment using a standard itch scale. The goal was to see if this non-invasive therapy could provide relief.
