Summary
This study tested whether a treatment called extracorporeal shockwave therapy can reduce itching in people with neurodermatitis, a chronic skin condition. 34 adults aged 55 to 75 took part. Researchers measured itch severity before and after treatment using a standard scale. The goal was to see if this non-invasive therapy could offer relief.
