Summary
This study tested whether adding shockwave therapy to standard nerve-gliding exercises helps people with carpal tunnel syndrome. Twenty-six adults with hand pain, tingling, and numbness received either shockwave plus exercises or physical therapy plus exercises for four weeks. The goal was to see if the shockwave group had better pain relief and hand function. Results are not yet reported.
