First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 29 times

Summary

This study tested whether combining two physical therapies—shockwave and cold therapy—can reduce shoulder pain and stiffness in stroke survivors with rotator cuff tendonitis. Thirty participants received either one therapy alone or both together. Researchers measured pain, movement, and daily function to find a better non-drug treatment option.
