Summary
This study tests a non-invasive treatment called low-energy shock wave therapy for women with overactive bladder and metabolic syndrome. About 60 women will receive either the real treatment or a sham procedure. The goal is to see if this therapy can reduce symptoms like sudden urges to urinate and frequent trips to the bathroom.
