Summary
This study tested whether extracorporeal shock wave therapy can reduce pain and improve muscle activity in people with lower cross syndrome, a condition where muscle imbalances cause back and hip discomfort. Forty adults aged 30-45 with stable health and normal weight took part. Researchers measured pain levels and lower back muscle activity before and after treatment.
