Summary

This study tests whether extracorporeal shock wave therapy (ESWT) can reduce pain and improve knee function in people with knee arthritis. Researchers will enroll 72 adults with persistent knee pain and moderate osteoarthritis. Participants will receive ESWT, a non-invasive treatment that uses sound waves to stimulate healing, and will be monitored for pain relief and mobility improvements.
