Summary
This study compares two ways to diagnose bleeding problems during surgery: a quick bedside test (point-of-care) and standard lab tests. Researchers will measure how long each method takes to give results. About 210 adults having high-risk surgeries (like heart or joint replacement) will take part. The goal is to see which approach helps doctors make faster decisions.
