Summary
This study explores whether shock wave therapy—a non-invasive treatment using sound waves—can reduce pain and improve shoulder movement in people with chronic frozen shoulder (adhesive capsulitis) who haven't gotten better with physical therapy. Researchers will first ask experts for the best treatment plan, then test it in 18 adults. The goal is to see if a larger study is possible and measure changes in pain, function, and quality of life.
