Summary

This study tests whether the shingles vaccine is safe and works well for people with lupus, a condition that weakens the immune system. About 224 adults with lupus will receive either the vaccine or a placebo to see if it causes lupus flare-ups. The goal is to confirm the vaccine can prevent shingles without making lupus worse.
