Summary
This study is testing a new, freeze-dried mRNA vaccine designed to prevent shingles (herpes zoster). It will involve 519 healthy adults aged 40 and older to check the vaccine's safety and how well it triggers an immune response. Researchers will compare different doses and schedules to find the best one for future studies.
