Summary
This study is testing a new, freeze-dried mRNA vaccine designed to prevent shingles (herpes zoster). Researchers are enrolling 519 healthy adults aged 40 and older to evaluate the vaccine's safety and how well it triggers an immune response. The trial will compare different doses and vaccination schedules to find the best one for future studies.
