This study tested a Chinese herbal pill called Shenqi Sherong in 428 adults with mild to moderate cervical spondylotic myelopathy, a condition where the spinal cord in the neck is compressed. Participants took the pill or a placebo for up to 56 days. The main goal was to see if the pill improved symptoms like arm and leg function, sensation, and bladder control, measured by a standard disability scale.
