Summary
This study tested whether a Chinese herbal pill called Shenqi Sherong Pill can help people with mild to moderate cervical spondylotic myelopathy, a condition where the spinal cord in the neck is compressed. 428 adults aged 18-75 took either the herbal pill or a placebo three times daily for 6 weeks. The main goal was to see if the pill improved nerve function, measured by a standard disability score.
