Herbal injection may improve blood flow in septic shock

Summary
This study tests whether a Chinese herbal medicine called Shenfu Injection can improve blood flow in patients with septic shock, a life-threatening condition. Twenty adults in the ICU will receive the injection, and doctors will measure changes in their circulation and oxygen levels. The goal is to gather early evidence for a larger future study.
