Summary

This early-stage study tests the safety of a treatment made from stem cells found in baby teeth (SHED-CM) for people with ALS, a nerve disease that weakens muscles. Ten adults with definite or probable ALS will receive the treatment through an IV. Researchers will track side effects and measure changes in muscle function, breathing, and grip strength.
