Summary

This study is testing whether a personalized health and behavior program can slow or reverse biological aging in healthy adults over 50. About 1,500 participants will be randomly assigned to either receive a custom intervention plan or just standard assessments. The goal is to see if the program can improve biological age, physical function, and thinking skills over 12 months.
