Summary
This was an early safety study for a new oral drug called SGR-2921. It aimed to find a safe and tolerable dose for adults with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) or myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) that had returned or not responded to prior treatments. The main goal was to understand how the body processes the drug and identify any side effects.
