NCT ID NCT05961839

Summary

This was an early safety study for a new oral drug called SGR-2921, designed for adults with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) or myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) that has returned or not responded to prior treatments. The main goal was to find the highest safe dose and understand how the body processes the drug. The study was terminated and did not proceed to later phases.
