Summary
This study looks at how a class of diabetes drugs called SGLT2 inhibitors might change the structure of the heart's left atrium in people with type 2 diabetes. Researchers will use ultrasound to measure heart function before and after 6 months of treatment. The goal is to understand if these drugs help improve heart health, not to cure diabetes or heart disease.
