First seen Jan 19, 2026 · Last updated Jun 12, 2026 · Updated 19 times
Summary
This study tests whether combining two FDA-approved drugs—sacituzumab govitecan and an immunotherapy (atezolizumab or durvalumab)—can control tumor growth in adults with extensive-stage small cell lung cancer. Participants receive the drug combo every 21 days for up to 2 years, with regular scans to track tumor changes. The goal is to see if this maintenance therapy keeps the cancer from progressing after initial chemotherapy.
