Summary
This study tests whether combining two FDA-approved drugs—sacituzumab govitecan and an immunotherapy (atezolizumab or durvalumab)—can control tumor growth in adults with extensive-stage small cell lung cancer. Participants receive treatment every 21 days for up to 2 years, with regular CT and MRI scans to monitor progress. The goal is to see if this combination keeps the cancer from growing for at least 12 weeks.
