Summary
This study surveys 200 women who had a mastectomy (breast removal) with immediate reconstruction to understand their sexual well-being. The goal is to use this information to better prepare patients before surgery and to identify those who might benefit from treatments like pelvic floor therapy or local medications. The study does not test a new treatment but gathers knowledge to improve quality of life.
