Summary
This study is testing whether a drug that enhances NMDA receptor function can reduce negative symptoms (like lack of motivation and social withdrawal) in people with schizophrenia. Researchers want to see if the drug works differently for men and women. The study involves 90 participants who have stable schizophrenia with mostly negative symptoms.
