New balloon device tested for blocked leg arteries and dialysis access

Summary
This study is tracking how well the Serranator balloon works in real-world use to open blocked arteries in the legs (peripheral artery disease) or blocked dialysis access points. About 500 people will be enrolled, and doctors will record how safely the device is delivered and how much it improves blood flow. The goal is to gather evidence on the device's performance under normal care.
