New hope for Hard-to-Treat cancers: immunotherapy combo under study

Summary
This phase 2 trial is testing two immunotherapy drugs, durvalumab and tremelimumab, alone or together, in people with colorectal or endometrial cancer. The study includes patients with different tumor types (MSI and MSS) to see who responds best. About 60 participants will receive the drugs, and researchers will monitor tumor shrinkage and survival. The goal is to find better treatment options for these cancers.
