Summary
This early-phase study tests whether adding serine, a natural amino acid, to standard chemotherapy is safe for people with advanced colorectal cancer. About 20 adults will take serine by mouth alongside their usual treatment. The main goal is to check for side effects and find the best dose for future studies.
