Summary
This study aims to find out how many adult patients in Turkish intensive care units have sepsis or septic shock, and what happens to them over the next 30 days. Researchers will collect data from hospitals across Turkey between September 2025 and January 2026. The goal is to provide better information to help doctors manage and treat sepsis more effectively.
