Summary
This study aims to better understand what happens to sepsis patients after they leave the hospital. Researchers will follow 760 adult patients in Brazil for one year after their hospital stay to track their recovery, quality of life, and any complications. This is an observational study that collects information only—no new treatments are being tested.
