Summary
This study tested a combination of two drugs—sEphB4-HSA and pembrolizumab—in 42 people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer or head & neck cancer that had spread or returned. The goal was to see if the combo could shrink tumors better than standard treatments. Participants had already tried other therapies, including chemotherapy. The trial is now complete, and results help guide future research.
