First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests whether a personalized lifestyle program focusing on stress, exercise, nutrition, sleep, and self-management can improve quality of life for people with Parkinson's disease. 256 participants will be randomly assigned to either work on their goals independently or receive ongoing guidance from a lifestyle coach over 12 months. The main outcome is change in quality of life, measured by a standard Parkinson's questionnaire.
