First seen Mar 04, 2026 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 7 times

Summary

This study looks at how people with autism process senses like touch, sound, and sight, and how this relates to social difficulties. Researchers will use brain scans and questionnaires to understand these patterns. The goal is to better understand autism, not to test a treatment. About 480 people with and without autism, aged 12 to 40, will take part.
