First seen Mar 20, 2026 · Last updated Jun 19, 2026 · Updated 11 times

Summary

This study looks at how sensory sensitivity affects sleep and emotions in autistic children ages 6-10. Researchers will test a simple bedtime routine called Power Down, where caregivers give their child a gentle massage to help them relax before sleep. The goal is to see if this can reduce bedtime struggles, improve sleep, and help kids manage their emotions better during the day.
