Could a 'Zombie Cell' cleaner slow down MS progression?
NCT ID NCT07270120
Summary
This early-stage study is testing whether a combination of two drugs (dasatinib and quercetin) can help older adults with progressive multiple sclerosis. The treatment aims to clear out aged, damaged cells that may contribute to inflammation and nerve damage. Participants will take the medications every two weeks for three months, then be followed for one year to see if their physical and thinking abilities improve.
