Summary
This study tests whether semaglutide (a drug used for diabetes and weight loss) can prevent weight gain and fatty liver disease in people who have recently had a liver transplant. About 50 adults who had a transplant 2 to 6 months ago will receive either semaglutide or a placebo. Researchers will track weight changes and use MRI scans to check for fatty liver buildup.
