Summary
This study tests whether combining semaglutide (a diabetes drug) with naltrexone (an addiction medication) is safe and helps reduce drinking in people with alcohol use disorder. About 45 adults enrolled in a 4-week inpatient program will take the combination and report any side effects. The goal is to see if this approach can ease alcohol cravings and support recovery.
