Summary
This study tested whether semaglutide, a drug used for type 2 diabetes and obesity, can improve sleep apnea in people with those conditions. Fifteen adults took the drug for up to 4 weeks. Researchers measured changes in breathing pauses during sleep, weight, and other health markers. The goal was to see if semaglutide could help manage sleep apnea in the real world.
