Summary
This study tests whether the drug semaglutide helps control blood sugar in people with type 2 diabetes who are on dialysis. About 43 participants will be randomly assigned to receive either semaglutide or a placebo injection once a week for about a year. They will wear a continuous glucose monitor for 10-day periods to track blood sugar levels.
