Summary
This study tests whether a daily pill called semaglutide, already used for diabetes, is safe and might slow Alzheimer's disease. About 60 people with mild Alzheimer's will take the drug for one year. Researchers will check for side effects and use brain scans to see if the drug protects brain cells.
