Summary
This study looks at how safe and effective the drug selumetinib is for children aged 3 to 16 with a condition called neurofibromatosis type 1 (NF1) that causes painful, non-cancerous tumors that cannot be removed by surgery. About 80 to 100 children in China will take the drug and be followed for 2 years. The goal is to see if the drug shrinks tumors and improves symptoms in everyday medical practice.
