Summary

This completed Phase 1 study looked at how a single dose of selpercatinib, a cancer drug, changes the amount of rosuvastatin (a cholesterol drug) in the blood. 28 healthy Caucasian adults took part. The goal was to see if there is a drug interaction and to check safety. Results will help guide future use of these medicines together.
