NCT ID NCT07514052

First seen May 03, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 6 times

Summary

This study looks at whether certain genes can predict how well the drug selinexor works for people with multiple myeloma that has come back or stopped responding to treatment. About 127 adults will receive selinexor plus standard drugs, and researchers will track their response and survival for up to 2 years. The goal is to find gene markers that help doctors choose the best treatment for each patient.
