First seen May 03, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 3 times
Summary
This study looks at whether certain genes can predict how well the drug selinexor works for people with multiple myeloma that has come back or stopped responding to treatment. About 127 adults who have already tried 2-4 other treatments will take selinexor weekly. Researchers will check response after two months and follow patients for up to two years. The goal is to find gene markers that help doctors choose the best treatment for each person.
